The Nightwish Project

Nightwish has been my favorite band for many years now. This series started as an ambition to draw every song in their catalogue, and who knows…maybe one day I’ll get back into it.

The project lasted from 2011-2017, and covers two complete albums, plus many miscellaneous songs. I challenged myself to create only in black and white, using only pen techniques like crosshatching. (In fact, the first two drawings I did were completed using a single pen…which was all I had at the time).
